The Lean Healthcare PowerDay is the best way for you to get caught up on Lean Healthcare's rapidly progressing, constantly changing practice. Join us on Tuesday, May 18 in Nashville to hear from and interact with the leaders driving the continuous improvement that is so inherent to the success of Lean.
The PowerDay is an all day lecture format of world-renowned Lean Healthcare practitioners. On Monday, May 17, The Charge - a half-day Lean Healthcare training and introduction session - will be held. See below for more information. These events are available separately but can be combined for a significant discount.

If you are new to Lean Healthcare, or need a refresher on the basic tools and techniques used in the practice, The Charge is a 1/2 day training course that is designed for you. Senior Lean Healthcare consultants have created an easy-to-learn broad brush of key Lean Healthcare concepts such as:

- The Eight Wastes
- 5-S and the Visual Workplace
- Introduction to A3 Problem Solving
- Lean Simulation Activity: Healing Healthcare Pharmacy

Networking Reception - Monday Night
The Monday night reception will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, May 17. It is open to participants of any combination of Monday and Tuesday's events. Come meet the speakers and trainers you've heard so much about.
