Lean Architectural Plan Reviews
As advocates for the facility team, our Lean Healthcare Clinical Design Specialists can review all architectural plans prior to the milestone design phase package submission. Plans are scrutinized for integration of client approved operational processes, patient, staff, and visitor traffic patterns, waste, and potential barriers to efficiency. Drawing on extensive first-hand experience, our Lean Healthcare Clinical Design Team will collaborate with the architectural team and the hospital staff to problem solve and seek creative solutions to environmental needs based on sound clinical practices.
