Clinical Functional Assessment with "Lean Eye

HPP will perform observations of facility staff and daily operations through lean eyes to analyze work efficiently, work flow barriers, architectural impact on productivity and staffing implications.

Our nurse or clinical consultants will conduct the on-site assessment by observing a designated staff member during a routine work shift in order to examine patient and staff process flows as a member of the facility team. Partnered with designated clinical representatives such as the house supervisor, department level bedside caregiver, and other clinical support staff, HPP will interact with the team in uniform, opening the lines of communication and enhancing collaboration.
